Final two rounds of the Formula Off Road World Cup events in 2006 are held in Skien in Norway. Skien is a beautiful small town around 200 km south-west of Oslo. This video is from the fifth and sixth World Cup events.

The song is called La det svinge (“Let it swing”). It is sung by Bobbysocks a Norwegian pop duo, that won the Eurovision Song Contest 1985 with the song.
